Chinese Girls came into being following a muddy 1999 Halloween party in Beesonville at which Sam Murphy and Andrew Morgan discovered they shared fondness for certain records (which records those are we'll leave to your imaginations) and a desire to make music that pleased their ears in that same spirit.
