At long last, the incredibly talented Colin Brooks has decided to step from behind the drum kit and try his hand at songwriting. Actually, Colin (of Sea Ray, The Stills & Big Cats fame) has been writing and recording songs for 20 years or so but it's not until now that, under the moniker TheNewSame, his songs have been shared publicly.

"Ballad Of Dissatisfaction" ignites with a folk / pop intro on grievance (without pity) and gets better and better as it continues to rev up into a swirl of guitars and harmony.
